EDEN’S TIPS TO LOSE WEIGHT EASILY AND FAST!

Hi everyone!

My name is Edenshie Padel, the most beautiful and sexy girl in my dream.. Well libre lang naman mangarap, so why not? I am dreamer person thats why I have a positive outlook on life.

Anyway I’m a senior high Student and I’m only 17 years old. I love travelling and ofcourse I love FOODS! And because of that traitor foods! I was called fat, a big fat girl! Di ko naman ginustong maging magandang mataba ah. Talagang hindi lang ako natunawan!

So anyway, I know lots of you who is fat wants to lose weight fast and easy. Discleamer, I’m not a dietician and the tips that i will share to all of you is based on my experience. This tips will lose you 1- 4 kg in just 2 weeks if you will just follow my tips correctly!

Again, it is just based on my experience. So wala nang paligoy-ligoy pa!

Tip # 1

1. Start eating your delicious breakfast.

Eating breakfast will prevent you from overeating during the day.

Tip # 2

2. Count your calorie Intake.

You can still eat whatever you want beshies, but you need to count your calorie intake and that is the most effective way for me to lose weight easily. I only take 1000 calorie a day.

Tip # 3 LAST BUT NOT LIST!

3.Exercise Everyday!

Get atleast 30min. Or 10min. Of exercise everyday even if it is just taking a long walk. Pero dahil tamad ako na tao, minsan 10min. Na cardio lang ang ginagawa ko. If wala akong time mag exercise o busy sa school ginagawa ko yung intermittent fasting. Search nyo nalng kung ano yan HAHAHA .

Fast weight loss will only be achieved with diet and exercise. So , i hope nakatulong ako sa inyo kahit kunti mga beshiee! Remember, just don’t give up and you will see the result so fast like mine😊
